Larktale's Warranty

The Larktale manufacture warranty only applies to purchases made of Larktale Products (“Product”) on or after August 2020. Under this warranty, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the goods do not meet acceptable manufacture quality and a defect is determined.

The following warranty is only valid for Products that are purchased new and unused and are sourced from Larktale, LLC (“Larktale”) or an authorized distribution channel. The warranty period is 24 months for strollers and 12 months for accessories, which commences from the date of purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”). The warranty is applicable in the country from which it was purchased.

This warranty protects against manufacture defects and does not apply where damage is caused to the product by external factors including but not limited to: General wear and tear (including tyres), misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance of the product. Improper installation of parts and/or accessories. The use of a part or accessory that is not manufactured by Larktale. Corrosion, mold, rust or deterioration caused by environmental conditions. Lack of proper maintenance and servicing. Normal wear and tear of the Product, including everyday or extensive use. Damage caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washing. 3rd party repairs or modifications not approved by Larktale. The use of the Product for any commercial purpose. If the product was involved in an accident. Damage caused by airlines, freight or other transportation services.

The warranty will not apply to any damage to the Product where the serial number has been damaged or removed from the Product.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser of the Product.

A warranty claim must be made within the Warranty Period.

Larktale reserves the right to discontinue a model, colour, fabric or accessory, and therefore may replace a part, with an equivalent product, colour or fabric, during the valid Warranty Period.

If you need to file a warranty claim, please inform us immediately by contacting us at our customer service team by emailing customerservice@kooltrade.co.uk and cease using the Product. Please include the following details in the email:

  • Your contact details
  • A copy of the proof of purchase of the Product which clearly shows the receipt number
  • The model number and serial number of the Product
  • A detailed description of the warranty defect of the Product (including image samples, videos and any other relevant material).
